AGM 2022

The 235th Annual General Meeting of Waterford Chamber and the 35th Annual General Meeting of Waterford Chamber of Commerce, a Company Limited by Guarantee, will take place on Tuesday, 27th September at 12.00pm.

Please note that this meeting will be hosted online via Zoom and should conclude no later than 1.00pm. Minutes from the 2021 AGM are available here. Apologies can be emailed to info@waterfordchamber.ie

Arising from vacancies in the office of Deputy and Vice President since the last AGM, the offices of President, Deputy President and Vice President will be decided by ordinary resolution of the members, in accordance with Article 46 of the Company’s Constitution. The Board of Directors will be proposing at the AGM;
 
A. That Paul Nolan be elected as President
B. That Niall Harrington be elected as Deputy President 
C. That Kevin Doolin be elected as Vice President
