Waterford Chamber AGM

The 233rd Annual General Meeting of Waterford Chamber and the 33rd Annual General Meeting of Waterford Chamber of Commerce, a Company Limited by Guarantee, will take place at the Granville Hotel, Waterford on Monday, 24th August at 5.30pm.

Please note that this meeting should conclude no later than 6.30pm – registration and light refreshments will be available at 5.00pm to ensure a prompt start.

The AGM can be attended by members via Zoom (link will be available in due course) and we encourage members to attend in this way.

Due to Covid-19 social distancing and safety guidelines, registration in advance is essential in order to attend this event either in person or via Zoom.

• "That the existing board of directors, with the exception of Jacqui Kielthy and Ken Thomas who have both retired as Directors, shall continue in office until the 2021 AGM and the retirement provisions contained in Article 45 of the Articles of Association shall be disapplied accordingly."
• "That Martina Curtin shall continue to act as Treasurer until the 2021 AGM and the provisions of Article 46 (e) shall be disapplied accordingly."
