Established since 1989, our ethos is to supply top quality products at fair prices and provide excellence in customer service and support.

Our team of staff is made up of highly experienced cyclists who will share their expertise with you to assist you make the right choice in whatever product you are interested in. There are no sales targets in Altitude and no commission for sales staff; our job is to give our customers the benefit of our knowledge and experience to help them make the right decision for them.

Altitude is a Flagship Partner Store for Trek Bikes and a partner and official service centre for Scott Bikes.

Apart from selling amazing bicycles, Altitude operates as a Shimano Service Centre for all bicycle repairs. We use Shimano original equipment when servicing your bike and our senior mechanics have many years combined experience. We also offer a full Bike Fit service. Our Workshop Manager David Butler is qualified to Level 2 (the highest level) as a Bike Fitter through CycleFit UK, one of the most respected Bike Fitting processes available.
