Chronic Health Advocate CLG is a not for profit social enterprise, that provides uplifting and innovative solutions to empower families living with complex, life-long, Chronic Illnesses.

We understand first hand the complexities and challenges that families living with illness face on a daily basis. And we know that living with chronic illness within the family often causes additional Physical, Mental and Emotional challenges for the whole family unit, not just for the individual.
